If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those who are browsing the site and its content, as well as registered users.

Mo'asses provides document automation software that generates templates and documents based on user inputs. Our service is strictly limited to: (a) Providing software tools for document creation and template generation; (b) Hosting and storing documents created by users; (c) AI-powered content generation based on user-provided information; (d) Collaboration and sharing features for documents; (e) Organizational and project management tools for business planning. Our service explicitly DOES NOT include: (i) Financial services, advice, or recommendations; (ii) Investment management or brokerage services; (iii) Facilitating, processing, or executing financial transactions (except software subscription payments); (iv) Managing customer funds, balances, or accounts; (v) Providing personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice; (vi) Acting as a fiduciary, advisor, or professional consultant; (vii) Analyzing financial data to provide recommendations; (viii) Executing trades, investments, or financial transactions on behalf of users. Users receive document templates and organizational software tools only. We provide technology, not advice or financial services.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Plan Click LLC and its licensors. The content generated by our AI for you is your property to use, but the underlying technology and platform are ours.

PAYMENT PURPOSE: Payments are for software access and document automation services ONLY. We charge subscription fees exclusively for access to our document generation platform and tools. WHAT YOU PAY FOR: Access to software features, document templates, AI-powered generation, storage, and collaboration tools. WHAT YOU DO NOT PAY FOR: Financial advice, investment management, transaction processing (other than your subscription), financial services, or professional consultation. PAYMENT PROCESSING: All payments are processed exclusively through our third-party merchant of record and payment processor (Polar or similar licensed provider). We do not process, handle, store, or have direct access to your payment information or credit card details. NO TRANSACTION FACILITATION: We do not facilitate, manage, or execute any financial transactions beyond collecting subscription fees for software access. We do not process payments for user business activities, we do not handle customer-to-customer transactions, we do not manage escrow or hold funds. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL: Our revenue model is transparent - users pay monthly or annual fees for software access. We do not earn commissions, transaction fees, or revenue sharing from user business activities or financial transactions.

By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by our payment processor's terms of service, which can be found at Polar's Terms of Service.

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or generate on the Mo'asses platform, including all information you input and all documents you generate. The documents and templates created using our platform are your property. By providing content to the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display this content solely in connection with providing our document automation services to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content, documents, or templates. We do not review, verify, validate, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of any documents generated. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated documents and ensuring they meet your needs before use. We need your permission only to host, process, back up, and enable collaboration features when you request them.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis as a document automation software tool. Mo'asses makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the software, the accuracy of generated documents, or the information, content, or materials included therein. We provide document generation tools, not professional advice or services.

You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the documents or content generated are accurate, legally compliant, suitable for your purpose, reliable, or correct; that the service will meet your specific requirements; that generated documents will achieve any particular outcome; or that the service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure. All documents must be reviewed by you and appropriate professionals before use.

In no event shall Plan Click LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, financial losses, business losses, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, or from any decisions made based on documents generated by the Service. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of generated documents.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Mo'asses is exclusively a document automation and template generation software platform. Our sole function is to provide technology tools that help you create, organize, and store business documents based on information YOU provide. We explicitly do NOT provide, offer, or facilitate: (a) Financial services of any kind; (b) Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; (c) Investment recommendations or portfolio management; (d) Brokerage, trading, or investment services; (e) Financial transaction processing, facilitation, or execution (except subscription payments for software access); (f) Management of investments, funds, balances, or accounts; (g) Banking, lending, or credit services; (h) Insurance services or recommendations; (i) Personalized financial planning or guidance; (j) Acting in a fiduciary capacity; (k) Providing recommendations based on analysis of your financial situation. The documents and templates generated by Mo'asses are automation outputs for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. You are solely and entirely responsible for: (1) All financial, legal, business, and investment decisions you make; (2) Reviewing all generated documents for accuracy and suitability; (3) Consulting qualified professionals (financial advisors, lawyers, accountants, tax professionals) for advice specific to your situation; (4) Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; (5) Verifying all information before taking any action. We are a software technology company providing document automation tools. We are NOT: a law firm, financial advisory firm, investment platform, brokerage, bank, financial services provider, fiduciary, professional services firm, or any entity that provides professional advice or services. Any financial or business content in generated documents is based solely on templates and information you provide - it is not advice, analysis, or recommendations from us. We simply automate document creation; we do not advise, recommend, or guide your decisions.

By using Mo'asses, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) You are using a software tool, not engaging professional services; (b) All decisions regarding your business, finances, legal matters, and investments are made independently by you; (c) You will seek appropriate professional advice before making any significant business or financial decisions; (d) Generated documents are starting points that require your review, customization, and professional verification; (e) We have no responsibility for how you use, modify, or rely upon generated documents; (f) Your use of our platform does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and Mo'asses or Plan Click LLC; (g) We do not receive, analyze, or act upon your financial or business data except to generate document templates; (h) You understand the distinction between document automation software and professional services.

Please note that the Service is currently in its beta phase and is provided 'as is'. You understand and agree that the Service may still contain software bugs, suffer disruptions, and not operate as intended or designated. Your use of the Service at this stage is for evaluation purposes.
